Talqen Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of Talqen, including Style Notes, Closet Preview, Profiles, and Preview Credits.

Definitions

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Talqen, you agree to these Terms and to the related privacy disclosures provided in the Talqen Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Use of the Service

You may use Talqen only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms. You must not misuse the Service, interfere with normal operation, upload content you do not have the right to use, attempt to bypass purchase flows, or use Talqen to harass, impersonate, or abuse other users.

User Accounts

You are responsible for activity associated with your account and profile information. You must provide accurate details where Talqen requests them and keep access to your device and login credentials reasonably secure. Talqen may suspend or restrict accounts involved in fraud, abuse, repeated policy violations, or safety issues.

User Content and Community Conduct

You retain responsibility for the Style Notes, profile details, and images you submit. You represent that you have the rights needed to share that content and that it does not violate law or the rights of others. Talqen may remove content, limit visibility, or restrict accounts when moderation review indicates abuse, unsafe conduct, impersonation, spam, or other policy violations.

Closet Preview and Image Processing

Closet Preview generates image-based outputs from the materials you provide. Results may vary and are provided for personal styling reference only. You should review generated results before relying on them or publishing them as final representations. You must not upload images you are not authorized to use.

Preview Credits and Purchases

Preview Credits are made available through in-app purchase flows where offered. Credit balances, availability, and eligible uses may change as Talqen evolves. Purchases are subject to the App Store terms that apply to your transaction. Except where required by law or platform rules, purchased credits are non-transferable and non-refundable once delivered.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including Talqen branding, interface design, and related software, is owned by Talqen or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Service to you. We only grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use Talqen as permitted by these Terms.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Talqen is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific aesthetic outcomes, or that every AI-generated preview will match real-world styling results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talqen's total liability for claims arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the greater of USD $9.99 or the amount you paid to Talqen in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Service Availability

Talqen may change, pause, or discontinue features, including community tools, preview flows, and purchase options, when needed for maintenance, safety, legal compliance, provider changes, or product updates. We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available in every region or on every device.

Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, Talqen will provide notice through an in-app notification at least 14 days before the updated Terms take effect, unless a shorter period is required for legal or security reasons.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Talqen operates, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where local consumer law requires otherwise.
