1Why did my AI try-on preview not start?

If Closet Preview does not begin, first confirm that you granted photo access and selected the required source image. If the preview still does not start, the request may have failed during upload or the preview service may be temporarily unavailable.

2Where do I recharge preview credits?

Open the preview or recharge flow inside Talqen and select a credit pack. If you completed a purchase but your balance did not update, contact support with the purchase time and the account email or profile details connected to the app.

3How do I publish a style note to the community?

Use the publish flow to create a new style note, attach images, and submit the post. If publishing fails, check your connection and confirm the selected images are still available on your device.

4Can I block a user whose posts I no longer want to see?

Yes. Talqen includes block and report controls. Blocking a user hides their profile and related community content from your view, and reporting helps Talqen review unsafe or abusive behavior.

5Why can't I change my profile photo?

Profile photo updates require camera or photo library permission, depending on how you choose the image. If permission was previously denied, re-enable it in iOS Settings and try again.

6How do I ask for deletion of my Talqen data?

Email support@talqen.com with the subject line "Talqen Privacy Request" and include the account details needed to verify your request. Talqen aims to respond within 30 days.
